Please check your tickets carefully for the correct event, date and time. The box office is not responsible for errors 48 hours after receipt. Please note that all sales are final and that we are unable to exchange tickets between events. Refunds are issued only in the event of artist cancellation. Handling charges are non-refundable. Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.

Box Office Information
The Box Office at the Music Hall opens 90 minutes prior to performances. Otherwise, Box Office operations are handled at our business office at 30 Second Street. Regular hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Lobby doors open one hour prior to performances. As a courtesy to performers and patrons, latecomers arriving after the concert has started WILL NOT be seated until an appropriate interval in the performance.

Accessibility & Special Needs
The Music Hall Lobby and the Parquet, Dress Circle & Wheelchair seating sections of the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall are handicapped accessible. Patrons requiring the elevator are advised to arrive early. Physical Assist dogs are welcome. Personal Assisted Listening Receivers are available at no cost at the Concert Concierge Desk in the Music Hall main lobby and may be checked out with a valid ID.

Beeps, Bells and Buzzes
Patrons with electronic pagers, PDA alarms and cell phones are requested to turn them off before entering the concert hall. A public telephone is located in the south concession area.

Snacks and soft drinks are available in the concession area but they must be consumed in the lobbies outside the concert hall. Only bottled water is permitted in the concert hall.

Hourly signals on electronic watches should be turned off prior to the start of the performance. Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Snacks and soft drinks are available in the concession area. However, food and beverages are not permitted in the concert hall.

Inclement Weather Policy: If the artist is in town and ready to perform, the performance will be held as scheduled, UNLESS a state of emergency has been declared by the Mayor, Governor, or other civil authority which would prevent the audience from traveling to the theatre. In such case, the performance will be postponed and an attempt will be made to reschedule the performance on a later date during the same season.
