Please check your tickets carefully for the correct event, date and time. The box office is not responsible for errors 48 hours after receipt. Please note that all sales are final and that we are unable to exchange tickets between events. Refunds are issued only in the event of artist cancellation. Handling charges are non-refundable.

Children are generally welcome, but for some shows The Hall can only allow in children above a certain age. Everyone, regardless of age, is required to have a ticket.

Box Office Information
The Box Office at the Music Hall opens 90 minutes prior to performances for in-person ticket sales only. At all other times, box-office operations are handled at our administrative offices on the 2nd floor of 30 Second Street.

Regular hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Seating areas and the upstairs lobby generally open one hour prior to performances. As a courtesy to performers and patrons, latecomers arriving after the concert has started will not be seated until an appropriate interval in the performance.

Accessibility & Special Needs
The Music Hall Lobby and the Parquet, Dress Circle & Wheelchair seating sections of the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall are handicapped accessible. Patrons requiring the elevator are advised to arrive early. Physical Assist dogs are welcome.

Personal Assisted Listening Receivers are available at no cost at the Concert Concierge Desk in the Music Hall main lobby and may be checked out with a valid ID.

Beeps, Buzzes, and Behavior
Patrons with cell phones or other personal electronic devices are requested to turn them off before entering the concert hall.

Snacks and soft drinks are available in the concession area but they must be consumed in the lobbies outside the concert hall. Only bottled water is permitted in the concert hall.

Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

    Inclement Weather Policy: If the artist is in town and ready to perform, the performance will be held as scheduled, UNLESS a state of emergency has been declared by the Mayor, Governor, or other civil authority which would prevent the audience from traveling to the theatre. In such case, the performance will be postponed and an attempt will be made to reschedule it for a later date during the same season.
