Box Offices: Where & When to Find Us During business hours, the box office does business in our administrative offices, on the 2nd floor of 30 Second Street.

The box offices in the Music Hall lobby open 90 minutes prior to performances for in-person ticket sales only.

Seating areas and the upstairs lobby generally open one hour prior to performances. As a courtesy to performers and patrons, latecomers arriving after the concert has started may not be seated immediately.

Accessibility & Special Needs The Music Hall lobby and the Parquet, Dress Circle & Wheelchair seating sections of the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall are handicapped accessible. Patrons requiring the elevator are advised to arrive early. Physical Assist dogs are welcome.

Personal Assisted Listening Receivers are available at no cost at the Concert Concierge Desk in the Music Hall main lobby and may be checked out with a valid ID.

Other Information and Guidelines  - All online and phone orders that include an event taking place less than 7 days before the event will be held for pick-up at our Will Call window (available 90 minutes before the performance) or during regular business hours at our Administrative Offices; Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

Snacks and soft drinks are available at concessions, and beer and wine are available in the upstairs lobby, but only bottled water is permitted in the concert hall.  Other food and drink must be consumed outside the concert hall.

Professional-grade cameras and recording equipment are not generally permitted. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

Patrons with cell phones or other personal electronic devices are requested to turn them off before entering the concert hall.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.  No exchanges and no refunds.  All dates, times and artists subject to change.

Inclement Weather Policy: If the artist is in town and ready to perform, the performance will be held as scheduled, UNLESS a state of emergency has been declared by the Mayor, Governor, or other civil authority which would prevent the audience from traveling to the theatre. In such case, the performance will be postponed and an attempt will be made to reschedule it for a later date during the same season.
