Concessions: Snacks, soft drinks, beer, and/or wine are available at concessions, but only bottled water is permitted in the concert hall unless the beverage is in a theatre-approved cup.
Photo & Video: It is the policy of the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall that audio, video, and photographic recording is permitted at most performances, as long as it is for personal use and not for commercial gain, and the recording is made using personal electronic equipment, such as a smartphone or a small personal camera, and the recording is made discreetly from your seat. Flash photography is never permitted. It is distracting and often dangerous to the performers. Professional gear, such as but not limited to photographic equipment with detachable lenses, video equipment with a stand or tripod, and audio equipment with a detached microphone is not permitted. Persons making audio, video, or photographic records of a performance whose activities disturb the enjoyment of the performance by other audience members may be asked to cease such activities or be subject to ejection. The Music Hall shall be the sole arbiter of what equipment and activities are permissible and not permissible under this policy, and the Music Hall reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, for any performance, for any reason, including a complete prohibition of such activities.
Smoking or vaping is NOT permitted anywhere in the building.

No Show Policy: For a refund of the ticket value, refund requests must be made at least 7 days in advance of the show, unless you are a member of the Music Hall, by calling the Box Office at (518) 273-0038. If you do not show up for the scheduled performance, no refund will be issued, as our ability to fill the seat(s) will have been lost.

We may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date. These discounts are not retroactive; the difference in cost will not be refunded.
Rescheduled/Postponed Events: If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Exchanges are not available for: (a) tickets purchased through resale or the secondary ticketing market, (b) VIP and other premium tickets, or (c), tickets for events that are less than 7 days away unless you are a member of the Music Hall.
