ALAN GOLDBERG

Alan has been writing and performing original songs and instrumentals since shortly after he started teaching himself guitar as a teenager, and released a CD of original tunes, Waiting, in 2005.  Before settling in Albany in 1994, he played the local acoustic music scenes in Greenwich Village, Providence, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.  For Music at Noon, Alan will be playing a mix of originals and a few beloved covers, all chosen with the goal of making the best use of the magnificent space and sound in the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall.
