SLEEP: WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO YOUR HEALTH

Tuesday, April 16 • Troy Savings Bank Music Hall

Doors open for refreshments at 5 p.m.; talk begins at 5:30 p.m.

A panel discussion hosted by RPI

We all know how a bad night’s sleep can affect how we feel. In fact, the disruption of our sleep has been implicated at many levels of human disease, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and disorders associated with aging.

Please join us for a discussion on the role of sleep and the circadian rhythms in human health. You will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the cutting-edge research in the field.

Panelist include Dr. Elizabeth Klerman of Harvard’s Division of Sleep Medicine, and RPI professors Jennifer Hurley, Agung Julius, and John Wen.
